Our Admission Process

1. Explore Our Programs
Start by exploring our website to learn more about our programs, curriculum, schedules, and everything Hillcrest has to offer.

2. Schedule a Tour
We encourage families to visit our center and see Hillcrest in action! Complete the “Schedule a Tour” form on our website, and a member of our team will reach out to arrange your visit.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application
Ready to take the next step? Complete our Enrollment Application. Our team will review your application and contact you regarding acceptance and availability.

4. Secure Your Enrollment
Once your application has been accepted, a $100 registration fee and $100 deposit are required to secure your child’s enrollment. These fees are non-refundable and can be paid by cash, check, or online payment. The $100 deposit will be applied toward your child’s tuition for the month of June (Preschool/PreK) or toward your child’s first month of tuition (Infant/Toddler).

5. Complete Enrollment Paperwork
After your enrollment is secured, you will receive access to the additional enrollment paperwork required before your child’s first day. All forms must be completed and submitted prior to the start of care.
