If you are interested in registering for our Summer Camp Program & Swim Lessons, please click here to download and print our Summer Camp Registration Form. This can be returned via Snail Mail (USPS), E-Mail, Fax (732.269.7592) or door-to-door delivery along with the $100 registration fee and $100 deposit per 4 week session.

As a part of the enrollment process, Hillcrest Academy is required to obtain additional information about your family. All of the forms are available on this website and will need to be completed and brought to the front office prior to the start of the program. You can find this information by clicking here.
